We are a family-run, independent optometrist practice with a passion for eye health. Having stood the test of time, our experienced staff enjoy getting to know you, in order to help you achieve your best vision. We integrate our caring nature, continual professional development and investment in the latest technology, to make you, our patients, our main focus. Charles de Lint wrote; “The fey wonders of the world only exist while there are those with the sight to see them”. We want to help you maintain healthy eyes that will last through a lifetime of memories and allow you to continue to see all the wonders of the world. Originally, part of Queensland’s largest independent optometry practice; Visions by Brian Job Optical. Garry Bormann, the founder, who practiced for over 35 years decided to take his passion for eye health further and Vision Eye Health was born. Garry passed his passion for eye care to his daughter, Rebekah, and they made a great father-daughter team. From a young age, Rebekah always wanted to follow in her father’s footsteps and now she continues his legacy in the optometry world as our principle optometrist. With Rebekah’s sister by her side, learning the reins, we remain a close family business. 2019 brought the return of Brian Shaffer to our optometry team, who started with us in the early days, and we are thrilled to have him back.
