TJS Constructions are registered builders based in Wellcamp, South East Queensland. We are a small family business specialising in commercial, industrial and residential construction and have been designing, building and renovating commercial, industrial and residential properties for more than 25 years. We are proud of our workmanship, attention to detail and project timelines and offer a full unconditional one year warranty on all work undertaken.

At TJS Constructions a typical project would start with an initial consultation with the client to determine exactly what is required, when and the budget available. A written quote would then be prepared and submitted to the client for approval. Once approval has been received we begin work on the planning stage. The design is submitted to the client for approval after which we organise all the necessary planning and building approvals with the local council. With an approved development application (DA), we can begin site preparations in readiness for construction to begin. On completion of the building, we carry out a through quality check before handing over the property to the client.
